2024 - 2025 Registration is Open!
Academy Information
The Bay College Leadership Academy is geared towards bringing together emerging leaders from the area to develop meaningful skills, grow a professional network, and become more aware of Dickinson County and how to get involved.
Target Audience
- Those interested in developing leadership skills and becoming involved in the community
- Emerging young talent
- Mid-level employees looking to advance their leadership skills
Cost
- $1,400/Person (Payment due prior to kick-off)
The Program Includes
- Eight workshops running September 2024 through April 2025. Each workshop is three-hours in length centered on key learning outcomes
- This includes a DiSC Assessment
- Seven community presentations on Dickinson County including Cornish Pump tour, DIISD tour, etc.
- Eight lunches centered on discussion and building a professional network.
- Admission to the 2025 Leadership Conference in May
- A professional headshot with all rights to share and reuse
- Two leadership centered books
Important Dates
- Deadline to apply (no payment due): August 23, 2024
Accepted applicants will be notified: August 30, 2024
Final registration, DiSC assessment and payment must be completed prior to: September 12, 2024
