Safety and health practices are always evolving, and our annual Safety Conference keeps you up to date with the latest industry trends, regulatory updates, and awareness training. From interactive sessions, inspiring presentations to networking opportunities we offer content so that you can continue to improve your company's programs, safety culture and decrease your incident rates. The Upper Michigan Safety Conference will be held the last Friday in April in observance of Worker Memorial Day.

Michigan’s Worker Memorial Day, observed on April 28th, roll call will be provided by Bart Pickleman, Director of the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA).

This full-day conference offers timely, relevant, and quality workplace safety and health informational topics applicable to all industries.

Keynote Speaker: Keith Jenks

This year’s keynote speaker is Keith Jenks. Keith is a current and active member of the IBEW 352 Union in Lansing, Michigan. Keith was involved in a near death 480V electrical explosion, and he will share his story of how complacency can have tragic results. Keith's journey of overcoming incredible personal trauma to find passion and purpose is both inspirational and timely.

Keynote Sponsor - $1,000
Keynote Sponsors will receive special placement in the conference program, event day recognition, website recognition, and sponsor ribbons for badges and booths. This Includes three conference registrations for your employees or guests and a display in the vendor area.
Conference Sponsor - $300
Conference sponsors will receive program and event recognition (including logo), two conference registrations for your employees or guests, and a display in the vendor area.
Exhibitor/Vendor - $150
Showcase your company by exhibiting in the vendor area where dedicated exhibit time is built into the conference agenda' This includes one name badge and lunch per assigned space.
